		Staff William J. Muhlstadt is a licensed Massage Therapist with a strong sports background. He has participated in many competitive events and has developed techniques for assisting athletes and competitors of all ages and skill levels.
		History The Center 4 Muscle Recovery was formed in 2006 to help William share his message of better health, fitness, and sports through a structured regimen of diet, discipline and muscle massage.
