“K-FIT”

The Assessment of Movement as it relates to Triathletes.

Purpose of “K-FIT is INCREASE Performance while
DECREASING chance of injury.

K-FIT is series of measurements to find the muscle lenght imbalances of opposing muscles as well as the imbalances within the same muscle group in there plains of movement.
By educating the client/athlete of these imbalances and how if by balancing the muscle group the performance will increase and with NORMAL movement injuries will decrease.
